  heavy whipping cream

  2 pkgs crushed grahm crackers
  1/3 cup butter
  brown sugar
  
  And for those of you that are diabetec this recipe can be made with splenda products to suite your diet.

  INGREDIENTS FOR "BREAKFAST SLOP"

  THIS IS A WONDERFUL FAMILY MEAL, THAT IS QUICK AND EASY, AND THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS.
  
  FIRST YOU ARE GONNA NEED 5 MEDIUM SIZED POTATOES PEELED AND SHREDDED.
  -6 TO 8 EGGS DEPENDING ON SIZE, SCRAMBLED
  -ONE ONION
  -ONE BELL PEPPER
  -ONE POUND OF YOUR FAVORITE BREAKFAST MEAT, FOR THIS TIME IM GOING TO BE USING BACON, FRIED DRAINED.
  - AMERICAN CHEESE, OR VELVEETA WHICH EVER YOU PREFER.
  -1 8 X 9 BAKING DISH, OR 2-6 WELL MUFFIN PANS.
  PUT THE SHREDDED POTATOES ON BOTTOM OF PAN, I RECOMMEND PUTTING COOKING SPRAY ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN FIRST SO THAT DURING COOKING TIME THE POTATOES DONT STICK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN
  AD SALT AND PEPPER TO THE TOP OF THE POTATO'S
  PUT A LAYER OF CHEESE OVER THE POTATO'S
  ON TOP OF THAT POUR IN YOUR EGGS, AD ANY SEASONING THAT SUITS YOU.
  SPREAD EVENLY OVER THE TOP YOUR MEAT OF CHOICE, AND THEN YOUR VEGGIES, FOR THIS IM USING BELL PEPPER AND ONION.
  SPRINKLE A LITTLE SHREDDED CHEESE OVER THE TOP
  AND BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN UNTILL EGGS ARE FIRM.

  thank you sooooo much mom for being there for me you are one of the greatest people in the world i have been screwed over more than i can count and you there to always cheer me up even if im in the worst mood in the world.....her and i got back together a couple of nights ago and im very happy with that but im not going to count my chickens before they hatch cuz things can go one way or the other but i hope they stay the way they are as of now she just left about 20 minutes ago but idk plus i'll be graduating in about a half of a year and im really working to find a job so i can get a place for her the baby and i i just hope things work out
