  While i cant 100% confirm this i believe the Luvy was fired or does not work for Op11 anymore. op11 had major funding issues which led to them shutting down and some employees let go.
  
  Josh Harris aka "Luvy" started up Jupiter Communications/Interactive years ago which grew to be a HUGE comapny worth millions, he used that sucess as leverge for Op11, sadly(or gladly, depending on your view) it didnt work out

  But I do not know if was you are your staff, so can we just drop this. I am sorry. I realy love your site and enjoy producing content for it. I can tell you this Josh that your site is 1000% better than any other web based video site out there. We tried close to 15 video and chat based sites over the last few days, and not one came close to the magic of Operator11.
