  Splinter Cell DOUBLE AGENT came out a little while back so you might run into some trouble with that title, second you may need more then just a simple mulitplayer mode to create a game (plot and gameplay mechanics help). Lastely the game Kane and Lynch Dead men is doing exactly what you pitched. You all start out on the same team "side by side" and try to rob a bank, if you want too you can become a traitor and kill all of you teamates to take all the money for youself. However where they improved on the double agent idea (although i do think they came up with there idea first) is that when you die you get to become a police officer and try too stop your once fellow teamates from pulling off the heist. So you might consider revising your idea before GDC cause they will be expecting a full fledged game design. My apologies if i am being to harsh but it is better that you hear it now rather then later.

  i thought the PS3 agency was an mmo with straight pvp and guilds. Double agent sounds like it'll be different.

  Doesn't Double Agent equal the Agency that the PS3 is coming out with next year? That was shown at E3???
